Charles Camacho, MD

Dr.
Charles Camacho joined the practice in 2001, relocating to the area from St. Petersburg, FL, where he completed his residency at Bayfront Medical Center.

He received his bachelor's degree from Aquinas College in Michigan and graduated from the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg where he was the recipient of the prestigious Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award in recognition of his laparoscopic surgical technique and skills. He was also recognized as outstanding resident physician in his final year at Bayfront.

Dr. Camacho is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Julie M. Huston, RN, BSN, WHNP, CNM, MSN

Julie Huston officially joined Somerset OB/GYN in April of 2005 after completing her student midwife internship through the office. As both a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, Julie is involved in all aspects of well women care including prenatal care, labor and delivery services and gynecologic services including annual exams, family planning and preconception counseling.

Julie received her nursing diploma from Conemaugh School of Nursing and Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her training in Nurse-Midwifery as well as her Master's of Science in Nursing at the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing.

Julie, her husband Jason and son Keegan live in Fairhope.

Eugene Rozenshteyn, MD

Dr. Eugene Rozenshteyn is board eligible for the American Board and Gynecology and Junior Fellow to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Rozenshteyn completed his undergraduate degree at Brandeis University and earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine of Tel Aviv University, the New York State American Program. He completed his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.

Laura Aughinbaugh CNM, CRNP, DNP

Laura officially joined Somerset OB/GYN in January 2011. She has been serving as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in Somerset and Cambria counties since 2005. Prior to becoming a CNM and CRNP, Laura worked as a labor and delivery nurse for three years. In 2010, she earned her doctorate of nursing practice degree with a research emphasis on strategies to improve breastfeeding outcomes for mothers and babies in the area. As a CNM, CRNP and DNP, Laura brings with her a passion of caring for women throughout their lifespan. From well woman care, to care of the childbearing family, it is her mission to serve the residents of this area. Her special clinical interests include natural childbirth, breastfeeding support, guiding women through menopause and incontinence management.

Laura received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from San Diego State University. She then completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing, specializing in nurse midwifery and women’s health. Her terminal degree (Doctorate of Nursing Practice) was completed through Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing as well. She is an active member of La Leche League International and the Laurel Highlands Breastfeeding Coalition.
